Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, has announced key leadership appointments with the induction of Dennis K. Cinelli as its Chief Financial Officer and the addition of Andrew Campion as an independent director on its Board. The moves underline the company’s focus on strengthening its financial leadership and governance as it enters its next phase of growth.
According to a press release issued by the company, Cinelli will join Paramount’s executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 15, 2026. He will succeed Andrew C. Warren, who has been serving as Executive Vice President and Interim CFO since June 2025. As part of the transition, Cinelli has stepped down from his seat on the Board of Directors.
A seasoned financial executive, Cinelli brings experience from some of the world’s most high-profile and fast-growing companies. He previously played a critical role at Uber, where he served as Head of Mobility for the US and Canada and was closely involved in the company’s expansion and its journey to becoming a public company. More recently, as CFO of Scale AI, he guided rapid revenue growth and strategic fundraising, including a landmark investment by Meta that valued the company at close to $30 billion.
In his new role at Paramount, Cinelli will oversee the company’s global financial operations, including accounting, tax and investor relations. Andrew C. Warren, after concluding his tenure as Interim CFO, will continue to support the leadership team in the capacity of a strategic advisor.
Welcoming the appointment, Paramount Chairman and CEO David Ellison said Cinelli’s track record of guiding high-growth technology companies through periods of scale and transformation made him a strong addition to the leadership team. Ellison also acknowledged Warren’s contribution over the past several months, noting that his experience and strategic insight had been invaluable during a period of transition.
Alongside the CFO appointment, Paramount also announced that Andrew Campion will join its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective January 13, 2026. Campion currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Unrivaled Sports and brings extensive experience across finance, strategy, consumer businesses and global operations.
Campion spent over 17 years at Nike, where he held several senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and head of Global Strategy. Prior to that, he worked for more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. His career also includes board-level experience with global brands such as Starbucks.
Ellison said Campion’s experience in building and scaling complex global organisations, combined with his background at iconic consumer and media companies, would add valuable perspective to Paramount’s board as the company continues to focus on growth, innovation and operational excellence.
