In his new role, Rathor will lead the overall business charter for the group, focusing on advertising sales, brand solutions, commercial partnerships and long-term revenue growth across its diverse portfolio.
According to a press release issued by the company, Rathor will play a central role in building a future-ready revenue engine as Offbeet Media Group continues to scale its content-led businesses. The appointment comes with immediate effect and reflects the group’s intent to align creative ambition with sustainable commercial growth.
Offbeet Media Group operates across multiple content and IP-driven verticals, including Offbeet Studios, its premium original content arm; 101 India, a digital platform showcasing authentic, creator-led stories from across the country; US Premier League, a fast-growing sports IP that reimagines cricket for new-age audiences; Zelador, a 360-degree influencer marketing company; and Offbeet Music, which focuses on original music IPs and artist-led properties, along with several emerging ventures.
A seasoned sales and revenue leader with over two decades of experience, Rathor has worked across media, entertainment and brand monetisation, consistently operating at the intersection of content and commerce. Over the years, he has held leadership roles at marquee organisations such as The Times of India Group, Star India (now JioStar) and Walt Disney India, giving him deep exposure to large-scale operations and sustained revenue-building models. He has also advised multiple content, media and sports start-ups as a business consultant, helping them refine their sales and monetisation strategies.
Commenting on the appointment, Jaideep Singh, Founder of Offbeet Media Group, said the company is focused on building a strong monetisation framework as it expands its platforms and IPs. He noted that Rathor brings a rare mix of strategic insight and hands-on execution, along with a strong understanding of content-led monetisation and brand partnerships.
Rathor, sharing his views on joining the group, said Offbeet is building some of the most exciting content and IP-led businesses in the country with a clear focus on authenticity and long-term value. He added that he looks forward to working closely with the teams to create sustainable monetisation frameworks that support creative growth while delivering meaningful impact for partners and brands.
