The Times Drive Green Conclave & Awards 2024, hosted by Times Network Digital, will gather top industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators under the theme, ‘Driving the Future: Accelerating India’s Electric Mobility Revolution’.
This event aims to celebrate achievements in green mobility while fostering dialogue on sustainable transportation solutions, a media statement from Times group stated.
Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari will headline the event as the Chief Guest, addressing India’s roadmap for electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid solutions and scalable green mobility. His vision for a sustainable, future-ready transportation ecosystem will anchor discussions on accelerating EV adoption and clean mobility infrastructure development, the news network said in the press release.
Gadkari will be honouring people in 20+ categories, recognizing excellence in green mobility innovations, infrastructure, and industry leadership. Other leaders will address key topics, including:
- New-Age Mobility Innovations: Exploring trends from EVs to hydrogen-powered solutions.
- Policy and Financial Roadmaps: Regulatory frameworks and financial incentives for green mobility.
- Challenges & Opportunities: Overcoming barriers to EV adoption.
The event boasts a stellar lineup, including Preetesh Singh, Nomura Research Institute; Maxson Lewis, Magenta Mobility; Madhumita Agrawal, Oben Electric; Vivek Srivatsa, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility; Shailesh Hazela, Stellantis India and Rajeev Chauhan, BYD E-Passenger Vehicles.
