Network18 Media & Investments Ltd. has reported a strong start to FY27, with its operating revenue increasing 10.3 percent year on year to Rs 516 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
According to the Network18 press release,the company said this is its fourth consecutive quarter of growth, despite a challenging business environment.higher advertising during the West Bengal and Tamil Nadu Assembly elections helped drive revenue growth.
Network18 also performed better than the overall industry, recording 10 percent growth in advertising inventory, while the industry grew by around 3 percent.
The company said its digital business continued to perform well. Network18 remained India’s largest digital news and information network, reaching more than 350 million users every month.
During the quarter, its content received over 32 billion views across social media platforms, while its total follower base crossed 472 million.
Network18 also maintained its lead on YouTube, where it recorded over 1.5 times more video views than its closest competitor. Its channels, including News18 India, CNN-News18, and News18 Bangla, performed strongly during the state election results.
The company’s financial platform Moneycontrol also continued to grow. It expanded its lending partnerships with companies including Muthoot Finance, Muthoot Fincorp, DSP Finance, and Rupeek.
Moneycontrol Pro also continued to have more than one million paid subscribers.Commenting on the results, Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman of Network18, said the company delivered growth despite challenges such as geopolitical tensions, concerns over the economy, and the absence of TV ratings.
He added that Network18 will continue to focus on improving its products and strengthening its digital platforms.
