Netflix has confirmed that ‘Black Mirror’ will return for its highly anticipated seventh season in 2025, featuring a stellar lineup including Awkwafina, Emma Corrin, Paul Giamatti, and Rashida Jones.
The dystopian sci-fi series, created by Charlie Brooker, will dive back into its trademark techno-dystopia with six new episodes, two of which will be feature-length, PTI reported.
Brooker revealed that one of the episodes will be a sequel to the Emmy-winning USS Callister from season four, marking the first sequel in the series’ history. Returning cast members include Cristin Milioti, Jimmi Simpson, and Billy Magnussen. The season promises a mix of genres, blending dark, comedic, and emotional narratives.
With production currently underway in Atlanta, the latest installment is set to continue exploring the collision between humanity’s technological advancements and moral instincts.
