Nawazuddin Siddiqui will return to the big screen on May 12 with a rom-com with a twist, rather than a dramatic drama or a thrilling thriller.
What distinguishes Jogira Sara Ra Ra! is that the central couple, played by Nawaz and Neha Sharma, is a one-of-a-kind duo determined not to fall in love.
Ghalib Asad Bhopali wrote the script and Kushan Nandy directed it.
The teaser was directed by Naeem A. Siddiqui and produced by Kiran Shyam Shroff.
The film was shot in locations including Lucknow, Barabanki, Rahimabad, Varanasi, and Mumbai. Zarina Wahab, Sanjay Mishra, and Mahakshay Chakraborty play entertaining supporting characters.
Jogira Sara Ra Ra is a special film for Kushan. “We had a great time making the film,” he says. With a wacky Nawaz nicknamed Jogi Pratap in the driver’s seat, the film has turned out to be a delightful journey. “His comic timing is incredible, and Neha’s natural goofiness makes her a great co-passenger,” he says.
