Mirror Now has unveiled a dedicated series, ‘Mirror Now Against Cyber Scam’, aimed at equipping viewers with the essential knowledge to navigate the evolving digital landscape safely.
The six-part series, set to premiere on November 24 at 7:30 pm every Friday, will be helmed by anchor Shreya Upadhyaya.
With cybercrime continually evolving and challenging traditional safety measures, this initiative from Mirror Now seeks to empower audiences by providing comprehensive insights into various cyber threats.
As per the channel, the series intends to offer practical guidance on safeguarding oneself and taking immediate action in case of falling victim to cyber scams, including seeking redressal through legal channels involving platforms and financial institutions.
The series promises an array of expert voices, including policymakers, cyber experts, and law enforcement officials, who will delve into the complexities of cybercrime. By outlining actionable steps, the show aims to arm citizens with the necessary knowledge to protect themselves from cyber threats.
The inaugural episode, airing today, will shed light on the harrowing experiences of cybercrime victims. It will also host a panel discussion featuring Amit Dubey, a Cyber Security Expert, and Yashovardhan Azad, a Former IPS Officer, offering authoritative perspectives on the issue.
One of the primary focuses of the series will be to decode the various Cyber Laws in India, offering a comprehensive understanding of their functionalities.
Furthermore, it aims to unravel the intricate details of cybercrime, including the demographic profiles of perpetrators and their targeted modus operandi.
