India’s leading animation company Cosmos-Maya has named Megha Tata as its chief executive officer.
Megha will oversee the company’s operations and lead the animation studio into its next phase of growth.
Her appointment comes at the heels of the company’s recent announcement of a $50 million investment plan to facilitate growth and expansion in Europe and North America, Economic Times reported.
Tata will replace Anish Mehta, who stepped down from his position in June this year, following a 10-year stint with the company.
Prior to Cosmos-Maya, she was MD at Discovery Communications India.
