There was an unmistakable spark when Manish Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha joined Kajol and Twinkle Khanna in the latest episode of ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle’ on Prime Video.
The atmosphere was light, nostalgic, and effortlessly entertaining — a reunion of old friends who weren’t afraid to laugh at themselves or revisit iconic memories. From Manish’s heartfelt reflections on Rekha to Sonakshi’s fiery take on online trolls and Twinkle’s rib-tickling ‘Baadshah’ anecdote, the episode had it all — candour, charisma, and classic Bollywood charm.
According to a press release from Prime Video, Episode 6 of ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle’ celebrated individuality in all its forms, giving fans a closer look at the personalities behind the glamour. Conceptualised and produced by Banijay Asia, the show is presented by Oppo and co-presented by Kohler, Kalyan Jewellers, and Fevi Kwik.
Manish Malhotra opened up about his long-standing bond with the legendary Rekha, calling her one of his most cherished relationships. When Twinkle asked him what he had learned from her, Kajol playfully jumped in, saying, “I think what he has learned from her is the way she loves herself is the way you love yourself.” Laughing, Manish quipped, “But I am more about self-care than self-love.” After some teasing from the hosts, he conceded, “So yes, I think self-love is what I’ve learned.”
Kajol also asked a question fans have long been curious about — why Manish never collaborated with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali after Khamoshi. “I did only one film, Khamoshi. After that, we never worked together,” Manish revealed. “I think he always thought I was very friendly with Karan and Adi. So I was like, ‘Sanjay, but I am professional and I can work with so many different actors.’ Sometimes some things just don’t happen, and then you just make your own path.”
Adding her trademark humour, Twinkle shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes story from Baadshah. “In Baadshah, I ate only channa for two months and felt like a hot air balloon. Finally, when Shah Rukh had to lift me, I was just clenching, praying nothing goes wrong after all that channa!” she laughed, leaving the hosts in splits.
Sonakshi Sinha, meanwhile, got candid about dealing with online negativity. Known for her straightforward attitude, she said, “Well, I give it back rarely, but when I do, it means that you have reached a point where you have really pissed me off. It’s easy for me to shut out the negativity, but sometimes it just comes to a point where you are like, ‘tu hai kon saale?’ ‘Tune mereko kaise bola?’” Her raw honesty reminded everyone why she continues to be admired for her confidence and authenticity.
Manish also revisited a key milestone in his illustrious career ‘Rangeela’, the film that transformed his journey. “I think Rangeela was path-breaking at that time. It was that film that changed it for me,” he said, smiling at the memory of his early days in fashion and film.
Episode 6 of ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle’ proved to be a delightful mix of nostalgia, laughter, and personal revelations. With its star-studded guest list, warm camaraderie, and unfiltered conversations, the show continues to capture what fans love most about Bollywood — real stories told with heart and humour.
Episode 6 of ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle’ is now streaming exclusively on Prime Video across 240 countries and territories, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.
