On New Year’s Eve, India TV aired Legends of Aap Ki Adalat, the never-before-heard, treasured behind-the-scenes stories of Aap Ki Adalat. The episode received 97 percent more viewers than the nearest competitor.
According to Airtel Xstream viewership data from December 31st, 22:00-23:00 Hrs. In terms of total watch time among the top 12 SD Hindi News Channels, India TV came out on top with a 28.8 percent relative share.
Aaj Tak came in second with a 14.7 percent market share, followed by News18 India with a 9.7% percent share.
ABP News ranked fourth, with a 9.2 percent market share. Republic Bharat was ranked fifth, with an 8.7 percent market share. Zee News ranked sixth with an 8.6 percent market share. TV9 Bharatvarsh was ranked seventh with a 4.8 percent market share, followed by NDTV India with a 4.6 percent market share.
News Nation ranked ninth, with a 3.6 percent market share. Times Now Navbharat was ranked tenth, with a market share of 3.4 percent. Good News Today ranked 11th with 2.4 percent, followed by News 24 with 1.6 percent.
In the coming weeks, new episodes of ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ will feature Bollywood superstars, controversial political leaders, and cricketing stars, beginning on January 7.
