Kaustubh Chandra has stepped down from his role as Chief Marketing Officer of Airtel Business, the B2B arm of Bharti Airtel, bringing to a close an association that spanned close to five years. His exit marks the end of a significant phase in the brand’s marketing journey during a period of rapid growth and transformation in the enterprise telecom space.
The development was shared by Chandra in a LinkedIn post, where he reflected on his time with the organisation. “My airtel story is captured in these photos — people, smiles, and moments that stayed with me. #ThisGoodbyeIsTough,” he wrote, signalling an emotional farewell to the team and the brand he helped shape.
In a subsequent note, Chandra described his stint at Airtel Business as a deeply people-led experience. He credited his team for collectively building the brand’s voice and narrative, and for driving the growth witnessed over the years.
He added that the most valuable learnings he takes forward are rooted in the relationships and collaborations forged during his time at the company.
