Lionsgate India has announced that actor Jugal Hansraj will join Suniel Shetty and Pooja Bhatt in their forthcoming action thriller, the title of which remains undisclosed.
Known for his roles in movies such as ‘Mohabbatein’, ‘Salaam Namaste’, and ‘Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh, Hansraj is set to explore a new dimension of his acting skills in this project, PTI reported.
The studio shared the news on its official Instagram page, hinting at a complex storyline: “In a world where motives are hidden and chaos reigns, he is ready to burn. Venturing into uncharted territory for the first time with this role, in an upcoming project with @lionsgateindia.”
Expressing his excitement, Hansraj said, “Exploring a dark and sinister side in this new role has been both exciting and challenging for me. It’s like venturing into uncharted territory. I’m eagerly looking forward to sharing this journey with the audience and watching how it all unfolds.”
While details about the nature of the project—whether a film or a series—remain under wraps, anticipation is building around the collaboration of these seasoned actors.
Hansraj’s most recent appearance was in the action film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, which hit theatres in April. The upcoming project with Lionsgate India marks another significant step in his diverse acting career.
