Jogendra Kudia has joined Balaji Motion Pictures as Senior Manager – Marketing, marking a new chapter in his career in film marketing and brand campaigns.
Kudia announced the development through a post on LinkedIn, where he shared his excitement about taking up the new role and expressed gratitude to mentors and colleagues who supported his professional journey.
In the post, he wrote, “I’m thrilled to announce, I’ve started a new position as Senior Manager Marketing at Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd! As I start this new chapter, I want to express my deep gratitude to my mentors, colleagues and friends who have shaped my journey so far. Looking forward to the new challenges, opportunities, and growth ahead.”
With more than 18 years of experience in film marketing and brand campaigns, Kudia brings extensive expertise in designing and executing promotional strategies for theatrical releases. At Balaji Motion Pictures, he will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy planning, media tracking, on-ground activations and digital campaigns. His responsibilities will also include coordinating with agencies and talent, managing marketing budgets and leading front-facing campaign interactions with co-producers and partners.
Before joining Balaji Motion Pictures, Kudia worked with several prominent studios and companies in the Indian film and exhibition ecosystem. His previous roles include stints at Maddock Films, Junglee Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Fox Star Studios. He has also worked with PVR Cinemas in operations.
Across these roles, Kudia has been involved in executing high-impact on-ground marketing events, building exhibitor relationships and contributing to creative campaign strategies for multiple theatrical releases. His move to Balaji Motion Pictures is expected to further strengthen the studio’s marketing capabilities as it continues to expand its slate of film projects.
