India Today Group is set to strengthen its digital presence with the launch of two new initiatives — an English-language platform called MO and a dedicated Health & Well-being vertical. The announcement was made by the Group’s Vice Chairperson, Kalli Purie, who described the move as a step towards building deeper engagement with younger audiences and vibrant online communities.
MO is designed as a millennial and Gen Z-focused platform that will put Instagram-first storytelling at its core. The platform will feature trend-driven, culturally relevant, and engaging content tailored for digital natives who consume news and entertainment primarily through social media.
Alongside MO, the Group is also rolling out a Health & Well-being vertical that will focus on fitness, nutrition, and holistic living. With increasing interest in wellness and lifestyle choices, the new section aims to create credible and accessible content for audiences seeking to prioritize healthier living.
Both launches are scheduled for August 27, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi, a day chosen for its cultural and festive significance. By diversifying its offerings and embracing new-age content formats, India Today Group is looking to further solidify its digital footprint and connect with audiences across platforms in more meaningful ways.
The initiatives mark yet another milestone for the media house, which has been steadily expanding beyond traditional news to explore newer verticals aligned with evolving audience needs.
