India TV, one of the country’s leading news networks, has announced a key leadership appointment with the induction of Mohit Roy Sharma as the Head – Communications & Outreach.

A seasoned name in the Indian media industry, Mohit Roy Sharma brings with him close to thirty years of experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, and impactful media properties. Before joining India TV, he served at ABP Network as Senior Executive Editor, Outreach and Head – Corporate Communications, where he was instrumental in conceptualizing and executing flagship media events including ‘Ideas of India’, ‘The Southern Rising’, and ‘Roots & Rhythms’. His work has been lauded for its strategic insight, creative execution, and measurable outcomes.
An alumnus of the University of Winnipeg, Canada, Mohit has previously held prominent roles at the India Today Group, where he played a key role in the execution of some of the industry’s most recognized intellectual properties such as ‘Agenda Aaj Tak’, ‘Sahitya Aaj Tak’, ‘Salaam Cricket’, ‘India Today Conclave’, and ‘India Today @ Davos’. His contributions have consistently elevated audience engagement and built significant brand visibility.
