India Today is set to host an exclusive, high-level roundtable in Moscow on December 3, in association with BnWDevelopers, a prominent name in luxury real estate.
The initiative comes just ahead of President Vladimir Putin’s much-anticipated visit to New Delhi, marking a significant moment in the conversation around India–Russia relations.
According to an India Today press release, the roundtable will bring together influential voices from both nations to discuss key pillars of bilateral cooperation.
Energy will be among the central themes, with leaders from major Russian sectors — including oil, gas, nuclear, renewables, mining, and critical minerals — expected to share insights on strengthening long-term strategic engagement.
With India’s deepening involvement in Russia’s energy landscape, the timing of this dialogue adds considerable relevance ahead of the President’s visit.
The agenda also includes a focused discussion on life for Indians in Russia, featuring inputs from community organisations, cultural groups, and business chambers that shape the experience of the thriving diaspora.
Another important segment will examine whether Russia continues to remain a preferred destination for Indian students. Representatives from the Association of Indian Students in Russia, along with leading medical and technical universities, will discuss safety, educational standards, career opportunities, and evolving expectations among young Indians studying abroad.
Given the historical depth of India–Russia military cooperation, the roundtable will additionally host a session dedicated to defence and security collaboration.
Leaders from Russian defence, aviation and technology sectors, alongside Indian entrepreneurs across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, IT, engineering, logistics, textiles, and tea, will contribute to a broader conversation on industrial and economic partnerships.
India Today will deliver comprehensive coverage of the roundtable through expert reactions, exclusive interviews, and continuous updates.
The platform will also offer extensive live reporting of President Putin’s visit to India, reflecting its commitment to capturing one of the most defining diplomatic engagements of the year.
