Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has approved the reappointment of Vynsley Fernandes as Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer of its Media Business for a further term of three years.
The decision was cleared at the company’s Board meeting held earlier this week and will take effect from November 14, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
HGS, which operates across nine countries, works in customer experience lifecycle management, digital transformation, business process management, and digital media services.
The company’s digital media division includes the NXTDIGITAL content distribution platforms delivered through cable and satellite, ONEOTT iNTERTAINMENT Ltd. (OIL) — India’s fourth-largest internet service provider — alongside technology operations under IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd. and content syndication handled by IN Entertainment Ltd.
Fernandes has been a key figure in driving the group’s media and broadband initiatives, overseeing its distribution, digital infrastructure, and technology-oriented businesses.
