Havas Worldwide India has announced the appointment of four seasoned professionals to bolster its creative team. Arjun Jetly, Neharika Awal, Ajitesh Verma, and Monish Gupta have been named Executive Creative Directors, with all four based out of Gurugram. They will report directly to Anupama Ramaswamy, the Chief Creative Officer of Havas Worldwide India, and will play integral roles in enhancing the agency’s creative offerings.
Arjun Jetly, known for his impactful work on campaigns such as Mutual Climax and Invisible for Durex, brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Cheil India and The Glitch. With an impressive portfolio spanning renowned brands like Veet, Mirinda, Cadbury, and Adobe, Jetly’s creative prowess has earned him prestigious accolades including Cannes Lions, Effies, and Abbys.
Neharika Awal joins Havas Worldwide India following a successful tenure at Dentsu, where she worked with esteemed brands like Honda Cars, OLX, and Dominos. With a career spanning Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, and DDB Mudra, Awal brings a rich blend of creativity and strategic insight, backed by notable achievements in Effies and Abbys awards.
Ajitesh Verma, with a diverse background encompassing stints at Wunderman Thompson, BBDO India, and McCann Worldwide, brings his expertise in brand strategy and storytelling to Havas Worldwide India. His portfolio boasts collaborations with Meta, Flipkart, Swiggy, and Pepsi Foods, among others, reflecting his ability to craft impactful campaigns across various sectors.
Monish Gupta, known for his proficiency in managing a wide array of brands across sectors such as Auto, Consumer Electronics, and Hospitality, joins Havas Worldwide India from Leo Burnett. With experience at esteemed agencies like Dentsu, Lowe Lintas, and J Walter Thompson, Gupta’s strategic acumen and creative vision will contribute significantly to the agency’s growth trajectory.
