The Haryana Steelers, reigning champions of the Pro Kabaddi League, have unveiled their new campaign ‘Hum Hai Haryana Steelers’ with a powerful one-take film that celebrates the team’s remarkable journey—from underdogs to titleholders, and now stepping into Season 12 with the ambition to dominate once again.
Shot entirely in a single take, the film offers a raw, cinematic portrayal of Kabaddi and its players, blending the toughness of the sport with the pride of representing Haryana. The narrative is delivered in Haryanvi, bringing authenticity and a deep cultural connect to the campaign.
In a first for the league, this season will also feature Haryanvi commentary, allowing fans across the state to experience matches in their own dialect, strengthening their bond with the team and the sport.
Speaking on the campaign, Divyanshu Singh, CEO, Haryana Steelers and JSW Sports, said:
“The journey of the Haryana Steelers has always mirrored the spirit of the state — resilience, determination, and pride. With ‘Hum Hai Haryana Steelers’, we wanted to bring that essence alive through a film that speaks in the language of our people, and capture it in a single-take shot that reflects the fearlessness our players show on the mat. The addition of Haryanvi commentary further strengthens that connection, making every fan feel this is their team. This season is about more than defending our title — it’s about dominating and owning the mat.”
With ‘Hum Hai Haryana Steelers’, the champions are ready to kick off their Season 12 campaign, standing tall not just as a team from Haryana, but as the team of Haryana.
