Hari Nair will step down as Chief Executive Officer of Tips Music on April 30, marking a leadership transition at the veteran music label as it begins the search for his successor, The Economic Times has reported.
The company said that during the transition period, Girish Taurani, Executive Director, and Sushant Dalmia, Chief Financial Officer, will jointly oversee operations until a permanent replacement is identified by the board.
Nair joined Tips Music in 2023 and played a key role in reshaping the company’s strategy by focusing on digital expansion and data-driven operations.
According to the ET report, Kumar Taurani, Chairman and Managing Director of Tips, credited Nair with embedding a data-led culture within the company and helping drive revenue growth aligned with shareholder expectations.
