Indian filmmakers Hansal Mehta, Kiran Rao, and actor Anil Kapoor extended their congratulations to director Payal Kapadia after her feature debut, ‘All We Imagine As Light’, earned two nominations at the Golden Globe Awards 2025, PTI reported.

Payal Kapadia’s All We Imagine As Light has already carved a niche for itself by becoming the first Indian film to win the Grand Prix Award at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2024. These Golden Globe nominations mark another historic moment, further solidifying India’s presence on the global cinema stage.
