Google’s Material You design for its Nearby Share app on Android phones and tablets has been rolled out.
According to IANS, the update is now available for all Android devices, and the December Google Play System update will include Material You tweaks for Nearby Share.
The Material You redesign changes the visual appearance of the main UI on the Nearby Share app.
When the app is “Looking for nearby devices”, a new wave animation runs from left to right, and the text has been resized and centered.
According to the report, users will also see a larger share preview than they do now.
While the update may take some time to reach all users, people can ensure they have the most recent version of the security update, according to the report.
