The Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and The Advertising Club have revealed the theme for Goafest 2024: ‘The Age of Adaptability’.
Scheduled to occur from May 29-31 at Westin Powai, Mumbai, the festival aims to spotlight the resilience and innovative spirit of the advertising and marketing industries amid a period marked by rapid change.
Goafest 2024 will bring together industry leaders from advertising, marketing, media, and business to delve into how adaptability has become not just a skill but a vital strategy in today’s dynamic market landscape. With industries confronting unprecedented shifts influenced by technology, consumer behavior, and global economic factors, ‘The Age of Adaptability’ will provide a platform to showcase and discuss the necessity of embracing change for success, the company said in a press release.
Jaideep Gandhi, Chairperson of the Goafest Organising Committee, emphasized the significance of adaptability in the industry, stating, “The festival will not only celebrate creativity but also the ability to pivot and thrive amidst challenges.”
Rohit Ohri, Chairperson of the Goafest Content Committee, elaborated on the theme’s concept, which features a chameleon as a mascot symbolizing adaptive prowess. Ohri highlighted the importance of continuously evolving strategies and creative approaches to thrive in changing landscapes.
Goafest 2024 will offer a lineup of keynotes, panel discussions, and workshops led by international thought leaders and innovators. Attendees can anticipate gaining insightful perspectives on digital transformation, consumer engagement in the digital age, sustainable marketing practices, and the evolution of content creation.
Additionally, the festival will host the prestigious Abby Awards, recognizing excellence and innovation in advertising.
