Romance is ready to bloom on the big screen this October, as Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa come together for their upcoming film ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’. The makers announced on Tuesday that the film will release in theatres nationwide on October 2, 2025.

Touted as a musical love story, the film is directed by Milap Zaveri, best known for his work on emotional action dramas like ‘Marjaavaan’ and ‘Satyameva Jayate’, both of which showcased intense emotions wrapped in powerful soundtracks and punch-y dialogues.

As reported by IANS, the film’s script is penned by Zaveri himself along with writer Mushtaq Shiekh, known for his work on several Bollywood blockbusters and as a long-time collaborator with top industry names. While much of the plot is still under wraps, the makers hint that the film will blend soulful music with a narrative that celebrates love in its most intense form.

The casting of Rane and Bajwa has already created a buzz. Rane, who has previously impressed audiences with his intense performances in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ and ‘Haseen Dillruba’, steps into the shoes of a passionate lover yet again. Bajwa, who enjoys massive popularity across Punjabi cinema and Hindi OTT projects, brings freshness and charm to the romantic pairing.
