Taking place on March 10, 2025, in Mumbai, this season’s theme, #PathToPeak, focuses on accelerating progress toward gender inclusivity, leadership, and equal opportunities for women in the workplace.
This year’s event is more than just a dialogue—it’s a movement toward concrete action. A key highlight of Season 3 is the launch of the Future Female Forward Close the Gender Gap Charter, a commitment by leading organizations to foster workplace environments that enable women to thrive. Additionally, CNBC-TV18, in collaboration with The Udaiti Foundation, is unveiling the Close the Gap Index, a data-driven ranking system that evaluates companies based on gender inclusivity metrics.
