BIG FM has announced its entry into the corporate experiences space with the launch of ‘BIG FM Experiences’, a dedicated vertical focused on Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE). The move marks a strategic expansion for the network as it looks to evolve beyond its core radio business and tap into the growing demand for immersive and result-oriented corporate engagements.
According to a BIG FM press release, the new vertical is designed to go beyond conventional event management by building integrated experience platforms that align brand objectives with meaningful audience engagement. The initiative reflects a broader shift in the MICE industry, where organisations are increasingly seeking measurable impact and deeper engagement rather than standalone events.
BIG FM Experiences will leverage the company’s existing ecosystem, including its network of 67 radio stations, multilingual reach, and strong digital presence that connects with millions of consumers across the country. By combining media amplification with on-ground execution, the platform aims to create a differentiated offering in the corporate experiences space.
The vertical will cater to both internal and external stakeholder ecosystems. For organisations, it will design and execute employee engagement programmes, rewards and recognition initiatives, sales and partner incentive programmes, as well as leadership offsites and culture-building interventions. On the external front, it will focus on roadshows, on-ground activations, B2B conferences, and brand-led consumer engagement formats, along with curated domestic and international MICE programmes and strategic incentive travel initiatives.
In addition, the platform will also explore purpose-driven initiatives such as CSR and community engagement programmes that align with brand values. Positioned as a corporate experience design company, BIG FM Experiences aims to integrate strategic brand thinking with technology-enabled planning and disciplined execution to deliver scalable and measurable outcomes.
Ashit Kukian, CEO of BIG FM, said the launch represents a significant step in building a diversified and future-ready business. He noted that the MICE industry is steadily moving towards integrated, experience-led solutions, and the network’s scale and expertise place it in a strong position to deliver such offerings effectively.
The rollout of BIG FM Experiences will take place in phases across key metropolitan markets, supported by regional execution capabilities and a centralised strategic framework. With this expansion, BIG FM is looking to establish itself as a trusted partner for enterprises aiming to elevate their corporate engagement strategies while ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
