The drama series ‘The Morning Show’, starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, has been renewed for a fourth season by Apple TV+.
The renewal was announced by the streaming platform ahead of the show’s season three premiere.
According to PTI, Apple is in negotiations with Aniston and Witherspoon to extend their contracts with the series.
‘The Morning Show’, which explores the cutthroat world of morning news and the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, also has the duo as executive producers.
It is told through the eyes of two complicated women navigating the minefield of high-octane jobs while dealing with personal and professional crises.
The third season, which will premiere later this year, will also star actors Jon Hamm, Stephen Fry, Tig Notaro, and Nicole Beharie.
For season three, Charlotte Stoudt has taken over as showrunner from Kerry Ehrin. The director is Mimi Leder.
