Zee Cinema is set to captivate viewers with the world TV premiere of ‘Bholaa’, featuring the versatile Ajay Devgn in a dynamic and emotionally charged role.
Channeling the attributes of Lord Shiva – strength and fearlessness –Devgn’s portrayal promises to embody a father’s unyielding determination to reunite with his daughter, defying all obstacles.
The premiere is scheduled for August 27 on Zee Cinema.
True to its philosophy, ‘Jazbaa Hai Jeene Mein, Jab Cinema Hai Seene Mein‘, Zee Cinema has consistently devised inventive campaigns to connect with its audience. For the premiere of ‘Bholaa’, the channel has taken a unique approach by engaging with devotees of Lord Shiva across the nation on the auspicious occasion of Shravan Somvaar and Nagpanchami, UNI reported from Mumbai.
Zee Cinema extended this engagement to prominent temples such as the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, Mahakaal Temple in Ujjain and Trambakeshwar Temple in Nashik.
Commemorating the greatness of Lord Shiva, the channel participated in devotees’ journeys, distributing cloth bags for prasad, providing refreshments to those in queues, offering maha-prasad to Bholenath, and serving the needy. This initiative offered devotees not only blessings but also a holistic and immersive experience.
Devgn stated, “‘Bholaa’ is a grand-scale action spectacle with a deep emotional core. The creation of Bholaa has been a fulfilling journey as both director and actor. I’ve constantly pushed the boundaries of innovative filmmaking, a trait that’s reflected in the film’s action sequences. The heartfelt bond between the father and daughter is a universal theme that will resonate with countless people. I’m eager for the audience to experience the world of Bholaa.”
The film marks the reunion of the successful Ajay-Tabu pairing, alongside acclaimed actors like Sanjay Mishra, Deepak Dobriyal and Gajraj Rao.
