The All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) made a provision to offer Doordarshan channels to their viewers even if they fail to make payments for the subscribed package during the lockdown period ensuring them with the provision of latest happenings and news. The provisions have been taken to support the Government of India to fight against pandemic coronavirus. The members of AIDCF also stated that if the subscriber wants to continue watching the existing subscribed package or channels of his choice, the subscription has to be paid online or offline to the cable operators.
