‘Gumraah’, the upcoming crime thriller film starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur, will be released in theaters on April 7, the makers announced on Tuesday.
The film is a Hindi remake of the Tamil hit Thadam, which starred Arun Vijay and Vidya Pradeep in 2019.
T-Series, Bhushan Kumar’s production company, announced the film’s release date on its social media pages.
The crime thriller, based on true events, stars Aditya in a dual role. Mrunal takes on the role of a cop.
Vardhan Ketkar, a first-time director, directed Gumraah. T-Series is producing the film alongside Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios.
