Prime Video has released a stunning new poster for Aditi Rao Hydari’s upcoming Amazon Original series ‘Jubilee’.
Aditi looks stunning and glamorous in the poster, and she plays Sumitra Kumari, a movie star wife with impeccable business acumen and true elegance. Sumitra Kumari is what one would want to be if one had everything one wanted.
While Aditi Rao Hydari will play ‘Sumitra Kumari,’ whose alluring silver screen life had everything and yet nothing that truly mattered, the series will also feature a stellar ensemble cast that includes Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Nandish Sandhu, and Ram Kapoor.
Set against the backdrop of Indian cinema’s golden age, Jubilee is a thrilling yet poetic tale centered on a cast of characters and the risks they are willing to take in pursuit of their dreams, passion, ambition, and love. Furthermore, having caught a glimpse of Aditi Rao Hydari’s lovely character ‘Sumitra Kumari,’ the anticipation for the series has skyrocketed.
Jubilee is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and co-written by Soumik Sen and Motwane.
Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Nandish Sandhu, and Ram Kapoor also play pivotal roles in the series.
Part One (Episodes One-Five) will be available to Prime members in India and 240 other countries and territories on April 7, with Part Two (Episodes Six-10) following the following week on April 14.
