Senior journalist Abhishek Mehrotra has stepped into a new leadership role as President of AATHARVI Production Multimedia Pvt Ltd, marking a significant shift in his career from traditional journalism to the broader media and entertainment landscape.
In his new position, Mehrotra will spearhead content planning, revenue strategy, and the overall business growth of AATHARVI, which operates in production, digital content, media buying, and event planning.
The announcement was made through an official press note, which highlighted Mehrotra’s transition from his previous role as Group Editor (Digital) at News24. With over two decades of experience in journalism and newsroom leadership, he now looks forward to leveraging his editorial expertise in a more expansive strategic capacity.
“After more than a decade as an active editor, I was looking for a platform that allowed creative freedom, innovation, and managerial responsibilities. AATHARVI seems to offer that combination and I look forward to contributing meaningfully to its growth story,” Mehrotra shared, expressing his excitement about the move.
Welcoming him on board, Dr. Archana Singh, Director of AATHARVI Production Multimedia Pvt Ltd, said the collaboration was the result of discussions that had been ongoing for the past six months. “We are confident that Abhishek’s leadership and experience will bring strategic value and help us scale new milestones,” she stated.
With this appointment, AATHARVI aims to further strengthen its position in the fast-evolving digital and multimedia ecosystem, banking on Mehrotra’s rich editorial background and forward-looking vision to guide its next phase of expansion
