Conceptualised and started in 2005, the basic aim of the Chetna Yatra or Journey of Awareness is to keep even the people at the grassroots well-informed, connected, and associated with the overarching media landscape, which is increasingly getting complex from all angles, including the regulatory regime.
Dr. Rastogi conducts these Yatras to bring awareness amongst hundreds of thousands of workers, professionals, leaders, SMEs, and corporates who, in turn, further cater to the millions of subscriber homes in the country.
The Yatra in the past has been flagged off by political and broadcast industry stalwarts, including former I&B Minister Prakash Javadekar, Union Ministers Narinder Singh Tomar, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, former Indian Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan and Indian media industry’s original poster boy Dr. Subhash Chandra, the founder of Zee group.
