Prime Video has announced that its upcoming Telugu action-thriller series ‘Isakapatnam’ will premiere worldwide on July 2, 2026. the seven-episode series promises an intense story filled with revenge, crime, family rivalries, political conflicts and gangster battles.

According to a Prime video press release, directed by Garry BH, the series is written by Prashant Ragathi with dialogues by Tajuddin Syed. It is produced by Rahul Tamada and Saideep Reddy Borra under the banner of Tamada media productions.

Set in a fictional port town, ‘Isakapatnam’ follows a gripping tale of power struggles, personal loss, loyalty and revenge. the story unfolds amid family feuds, gang wars and political tensions, creating a high-stakes drama packed with twists and suspense.

The series features Samuthirakani and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles. the supporting cast includes Sunil, Naresh Agastya, Merin Philip, Sudhakar Komakula, Rajeev Kanakala, Mime Gopi, Rohini, Banerjee, Jwala Koti, Ravi Varma and Raja Chembolu.

Speaking about the series, Prime Video India’s head of originals, Nikhil Madhok, said that ‘Isakapatnam’ adds another strong title to the platform’s growing collection of South Indian originals. He described it as a gritty crime saga with compelling characters and unexpected twists that will keep viewers engaged.

Producers Rahul Tamada and Saideep Reddy Borra said that while the series is a revenge thriller, it also explores emotional themes such as loss, loyalty and family relationships. they added that great attention was given to creating an authentic and immersive world for the audience.

‘Isakapatnam’ will stream exclusively on Prime Video in Telugu, along with Tamil and Hindi dubbed versions. It will also be available with subtitles in 15 languages, including English, for viewers in India and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide from July 2.
