Bollywood Veteran actor Anupam Kher is all set to narrate the upcoming documentary film, ‘Bhuj: The Day India Shook’, the trailer has been released today. The film is set to premiere on June 11.
The documentary talks about the devastating earthquake of 2021 and captures the first-person accounts of the survivors, rescuers, journalists, photographers, and earth scientists.
The actor shared the glimpse of the trailer on his Twitter account, “Presenting the teaser of a project dear to my heart on @discoveryplusIN #Bhuj: #TheDayIndiaShook! Releases on June 11. The film utilizes archival footage like videos, photographs, newspaper headlines along with satellite images of Gujarat to demonstrate the mishap and the fallout.
It will highlight stories of bravery, heroism, miracle rescuers, misfortune, tragedy, and hope, documenting survivors of the quake, eyewitness accounts, and first-hand footage of the disaster that shook the nation 20 years ago.
The film will be released on June 11 on Discovery Plus.
