Prime Video has unveiled ‘Bulletproof’, a high-energy hip-hop track from its upcoming Original series ‘Lukkhe’, setting the tone for the show ahead of its premiere. The track, created in collaboration with Warner Music India, brings together a blend of raw emotion and edgy sound, reflecting the spirit of the series.
According to a Prime Video press release, ‘Bulletproof’ has been composed by KING, Amira Gill, and Karan Kanchan, with Kanchan also producing the track. Performed by KING and Amira Gill, the song features lyrics penned by KING and Manreet Khara, delivering a bold, unapologetic message rooted in resilience and self-belief.
At its core, ‘Bulletproof’ is designed as an anthem of grit and determination. With sharp verses, hard-hitting hooks, and pulsating beats, the track captures the idea of pushing through challenges and owning one’s identity. Its high-energy vibe and strong vocal delivery position it as more than just a promotional song, but a defining element of the show’s tone.
Speaking about the track, KING described it as deeply personal, shaped by his journey, struggles, and wins. He also highlighted that ‘Lukkhe’ marks his acting debut, calling it a significant milestone in his career. He credited the team for bringing the project together, noting the collaborative effort behind the song.
Directed by Himank Gaur and produced by Vipul D Shah and Rajesh Bahl under Optimystix Entertainment and White Guerrilla LLP, ‘Lukkhe’ features a young ensemble cast led by Raashii Khanna, KING, Palak Tiwari and Lakshvir Singh Saran. The supporting cast includes Nakul Roshan Sahdev, Kritika Bharadwaj, Shivankit Parihar, Yograj Singh, and Ayesha Raza Mishra.
Created and executive produced by Agrim Joshi and Debojit Das Purkayastha, the series is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on May 8 in Hindi, reaching audiences across India and over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
