Amazon MX Player has released ‘Amar Vishwas’, a courtroom drama that delves into the fragile line between truth and justice, presenting charged legal battles where every argument carries weight and every moment holds consequence.
The series centres on intense courtroom confrontations and personal conflicts, offering viewers a gripping narrative driven by strong performances and layered storytelling.
According to a press release, the drama places the spotlight on the character of Digambar Dixit, also known as DD, portrayed by Ravi Behl. Speaking about his role, the actor said he was drawn to the character’s sharp personality and commanding presence. He described Digambar Dixit as a no-nonsense lawyer who is unapologetic, confident and carries a distinct attitude and swagger, making the role particularly appealing to portray.
Behl further emphasised that the ongoing conflict between his character and Amar Vishwas, played by Rajeev Khandelwal, adds depth to the narrative. He noted that the face-offs between the two characters are layered, intense and deeply engaging, forming a key element of the series’ dramatic tension.
Reflecting on the nature of courtroom dramas, Behl explained that the genre relies heavily on dialogue and restraint. He said such performances demand a clear understanding of when to hold back and when to express intensity, while maintaining the decorum of a courtroom setting. According to him, the unfolding battle between two lawyers within these boundaries makes the process demanding yet rewarding.
The series has been created and produced by Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartik D Nishandar under the banner of GSEAMS. Alongside Ravi Behl and Rajeev Khandelwal, the show also features Aamir Ali and Barkha Bisht in pivotal roles, contributing to the drama’s compelling narrative.
‘Amar Vishwas’ is currently streaming exclusively for free on Amazon MX Player, offering audiences a dramatic exploration of justice, rivalry and the complexities of the legal world.
