Indian public relations firm Value 360 Communications Limited has announced the appointment of Atul Sharma as its Chief Executive Officer, effective February 4, 2026. The leadership move comes at a significant phase for the company as it sharpens its growth ambitions and advances on its IPO journey.
Sharma will be responsible for shaping Value 360’s overall vision and growth charter. His mandate includes expansion into new markets, potential acquisitions, the introduction of new verticals and strengthening operational excellence. A key focus of his role will be building a people-first culture aimed at enhancing client experience and long-term engagement.
In addition to overseeing core business operations, Sharma will lead the firm’s evolving value proposition with a strong emphasis on AI, big data and analytics.
He will also drive deeper integration across Value 360 Group companies, including Popkorn and ClanConnect, while supporting the group’s global expansion plans.
Sharma said it was a privilege to take on the role at a defining moment in the company’s journey. He noted that his focus would be on building high-performance teams, deepening client relationships through impactful work and innovative campaigns, and strengthening Value 360’s competitive position.
