Tata Play Cartoon Network Forever is set to turn this festive season into a nostalgic celebration with a special Christmas programming block featuring some of the most loved Cartoon Network classics.
From December 20 to December 31, viewers can relive timeless holiday episodes starring ‘Tom & Jerry’, ‘Scooby-Doo’, and ‘The Powerpuff Girls’, streaming all day on service #653.
According to a press release, the Christmas marathon has been curated to bring back the charm of iconic animated shows that defined childhood holiday viewing. The festive lineup blends humour, adventure and heart, offering viewers a chance to revisit familiar characters and stories that have remained popular across generations.
Among the highlights is ‘Tom & Jerry: The Plight Before Christmas’, which delivers the duo’s trademark slapstick humour against a festive, snow-filled backdrop, blending chaos with unexpected warmth. Scooby-Doo fans can look forward to multiple holiday-themed mysteries, including ‘A Scooby-Doo! Christmas’, ‘Scooby-Doo! Haunted Holidays’, ‘Scroogey-Doo’, ‘Scary Christmas – Scooby-Doo’ and ‘Be Cold, Scooby-Doo!’, each bringing together festive cheer, spooky twists and the gang’s signature humour.
Adding a burst of action to the lineup is ‘Electric Buttercup – The Powerpuff Girls’, where Christmas in Townsville takes an energetic turn as Buttercup’s powers go into overdrive, testing Blossom and Bubbles as they race to save the day and the holiday spirit.
