Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has announced that Samrat Ghosh has stepped down from his role as Chief Cluster Officer for the East, North and Premium Cluster, effective September 15, 2025.
Ghosh, who was designated as Senior Management Personnel, resigned citing personal reasons. The company disclosed the development to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In his communication to ZEEL, Ghosh described his journey with the network as an “incredibly rewarding experience,” acknowledging the leadership team for their guidance and support. He further assured that he would facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities.
