WPP Media has appointed Veena Joji as its new Chief People Officer, South Asia, in a move aimed at strengthening the company’s talent and leadership framework in one of its fastest-growing markets.
Joji, who will be based in Mumbai, brings with her over 25 years of experience across leading organisations including Apexon, Epsilon, Thomson Reuters, and IBM. Known for her expertise in building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures, she has also led large-scale transformation programmes that support business growth and employee development.
In her new role, Joji will join WPP Media’s Executive Committee, where she will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, driving innovation, and nurturing talent across the region.
