This milestone edition of the BCS Ratna Awards carries forward a legacy that began in 2010, acknowledging individuals and organisations who have shaped the broadcast and content distribution ecosystem of India. The ceremony comes as part of Aavishkar Media Group’s enduring mission to connect, inform, and empower the industry—a mission that has been consistently upheld over its 33-year journey as a thought leader and changemaker in the Broadcasting & Cable Television (CATV) space.
The awards tonight will honour professionals who have enabled the round-the-clock delivery of content and services to 210 million TV homes and over 600 million OTT users. With over 6 award categories, an independent jury has chosen this year’s recipients based on innovation, impact, and excellence across platforms including broadcasting, DTH, CATV, IPTV, broadband, advertising, and digital content.
Gracing the ceremony as Chief Guest will be Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, Member of Parliament and former Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting and Youth Affairs & Sports.
