A brand-new fitness reality show is set to take the digital world by storm as ‘Battleground’ gears up for its grand launch on Amazon MX Player.
The show will feature four prominent personalities—Asim Riaz, Rajat Dalal, Rubina Dilaik, and Abhishek Malhan—leading teams in an intense fitness competition that promises to test strength, endurance, and mental toughness like never before, IANS reported.
The show’s format will see 16 contestants divided into four teams: Mumbai Strikers, Haryana Bulls, Delhi Dominators, and UP Dabangs. Over a span of 28 days, participants will face rigorous challenges, pushing themselves to the absolute limit in their quest to become ‘India’s Biggest Fitness Star.’ One male and one female contestant will be crowned winners, making this a battle of not just physical prowess but also strategy and perseverance.
Adding more excitement to the show, Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan will step in as the super mentor, bringing his years of experience and a winning mindset to guide the contestants through their journey. Dhawan’s involvement is expected to bring an added layer of motivation and discipline to the competition.
The competition is already heating up even before the show’s premiere. At a recent promotional event, tensions flared between Asim Riaz and Rajat Dalal, resulting in a heated argument that escalated into a physical confrontation. The altercation was so intense that Shikhar Dhawan had to intervene to defuse the situation. This unexpected clash has set the stage for what promises to be a gripping and high-stakes reality showdown.
Battleground is scheduled to premiere exclusively on Amazon MX Player on April 5. With its unique blend of fitness, drama, and sheer competition, the show is expected to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Fans are already eager to see which team will dominate and who will emerge as the ultimate fitness champions.
