The Walt Disney Company has promoted Saket Arbhi to the role of Director – Brand Management, a position he announced on LinkedIn.
In his new capacity, Arbhi will lead corporate brand management, brand strategy, franchise management, and CRM enablement for Disney’s marquee properties, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, across India.
Arbhi’s expanded remit will cover key business verticals such as OTT platforms, linear television, studio operations, consumer products, and live entertainment. Additionally, he will offer strategic counsel to senior leadership and act as a central authority for branding and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution across the Disney portfolio.
A veteran at Disney with over 12 years of experience, Arbhi previously held the position of Director & Head of Marketing, Partnerships & Business Development for Disney Kids and National Geographic. His tenure has been marked by significant contributions to enhancing brand visibility and fostering strategic collaborations across various platforms.
Arbhi began his career in 2005 as a trainee at Lodestar Media before moving on to notable roles in leading media organizations. At Sony Entertainment Television, he served as Senior Executive of Marketing for SAB, and at Zee Entertainment Enterprises, he managed marketing efforts for Zee TV and Zee Cinema.
This promotion highlights Disney’s commitment to reinforcing its brand presence and strategic growth in India. Arbhi’s leadership is expected to enhance the company’s branding efforts, driving greater resonance with Indian audiences across its diverse entertainment offerings.
