IMDb unveils India’s most popular movies, web series of 2024

IMDb has announced its year-end lists of the 10 most popular Indian movies and web series of 2024, determined by the page views of its over 250 million monthly visitors worldwide. ‘Kalki 2898-AD’ and ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’ lead the respective categories, showcasing India’s evolving storytelling landscape, The Variety reported.

Yaminie Patodia, Head of IMDb India, emphasized the significance of these lists. “They celebrate the year’s titles while offering insights into viewer preferences. From blockbuster spectacles like ‘Kalki 2898-AD’ to groundbreaking series like ‘Heeramandi’, these rankings highlight the breadth of Indian storytelling,” she said.
