ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. has rolled out its vibrant marketing campaign for the third edition of the DP World ILT20, slated to kick off on January 11, 2025.
The campaign stars David Warner from the Dubai Capitals and Jason Holder from the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, alongside actors Deven Bhojani and Anand Tiwari, bringing cricket and entertainment together in a striking TV commercial.
Set against the lively backdrop of the UAE, the campaign emphasizes the league’s international appeal. The tagline, “Duniya bhar ke T20 heroes aa rahe hain Apna Jalwa Dikhaane” (The world’s top players have arrived to showcase their brilliance), accompanied by the social media hashtag #DikhayengeApnaJalwa, sets the tone for an action-packed tournament.
David Warner expressed his excitement, “It is an incredible honour to be part of such an engaging campaign for one of the most fiercely competitive T20 leagues in the world. Fans can expect an unparalleled experience this season.”
Jason Holder echoed the sentiment, “This campaign highlights the global passion for cricket. I’m thrilled to be part of a tournament that promises great competition and unforgettable moments for fans.”
Six franchises, including the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Dubai Capitals, MI Emirates, Sharjah Warriors, Gulf Giants, and Desert Vipers, will battle it out across UAE venues.
The league boasts stars like David Warner, Dasun Shanaka, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard, and more, alongside returning talents such as Sikandar Raza, Chris Jordan, and Shimron Hetmyer.
Runs from January 11 to February 9, 2025, offering a month-long cricket extravaganza.
ZEE will broadcast the matches across 15 TV channels and its OTT platform, ZEE5, ensuring global reach. Channels include &Pictures, Zee Cinema HD, Zee Ganga, and more, with additional South Indian channels expanding the audience base.
