In a strategic move for Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, Chetan Jhawar, a seasoned professional from Netflix India, has taken on the role of Lead for Hindi Original Movies.
Announcing his transition on LinkedIn, Jhawar expressed excitement for his new journey with Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.
Reflecting on his tenure at Netflix India, Jhawar said, “After an unforgettable 5+ years at Netflix India, I’m starting a new chapter with Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios as Lead, Hindi Original Movies. Excited for what’s next and grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.”
Jhawar’s time at Netflix India, beginning in April 2019, saw him deeply involved in shaping Netflix’s Hindi Original Films portfolio.
