Comic Con India, the largest pop culture event in the subcontinent, is expanding to three new cities—Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Pune—for the 2025 season. These events, scheduled for February 22, 23 in Kolkata, March 8, 9 in Pune, and March 22, 23 in Ahmedabad, promise to bring fans the ultimate experience in comics, manga, anime, cosplay, and gaming.
This expansion, spearheaded by Nodwin Gaming, will now reach eight cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. Attendees will enjoy the same excitement and immersive experiences as previous events, featuring renowned comic creators, artists, and pop culture icons, the company said in a press release.
Akshat Rathee, Co-Founder of Nodwin Gaming, highlighted the importance of reaching untapped fan bases in these cities, saying, “It’s time for these vibrant cities with passionate fans to shine.” Jatin Varma, Founder of Comic Con India, emphasized that this move is part of a larger plan to make pop culture accessible across the nation.
Fans in Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Pune can look forward to dedicated gaming zones, cosplay contests, and exclusive merch, making for an unforgettable weekend of pop culture magic.
