Ajay Devgn’s much-awaited sequel, ‘Raid 2,’ is now set for a theatrical release on February 21, 2025, the makers revealed on Wednesday.
Initially slated for a November 15 release, the film has been pushed to the new date to build anticipation among the audience, PTI reported.
The upcoming movie is a follow-up to the 2018 hit ‘Raid,’ where Devgn portrayed the character of Amay Patnaik, an IRS officer determined to fight corruption. The original film was praised for its gripping storyline, intense performances, and edge-of-the-seat suspense, creating high expectations for the sequel.
Bollywood studio T-Series made the announcement via their Instagram account, stating, “Bringing back the action, intensity, and suspense your way! #Raid2 releasing on 21st February 2025!”
‘Raid 2’ promises to bring back the elements of action and intrigue that made the first film a success, and fans are eagerly awaiting the return of Ajay Devgn in one of his most celebrated roles.
