Disney+ Hotstar has elevated its marketing game with the introduction of 21 3D anamorphic billboards across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru to promote the release of ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’.
These cutting-edge billboards, located at key sites such as Jio World Drive, Cyber Hub, and Garuda Mall, bring the movie’s thrilling world to life with lifelike visuals that seem to leap off the screen, the platform said in a press note.
The 3D billboards, a first for Disney+ Hotstar, showcase apes from the film appearing to break free from the screen, creating a sense of depth and motion that captivates onlookers. This innovative approach underscores Disney+ Hotstar‘s dedication to delivering immersive experiences to its audience.
‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’, directed by Wes Ball, debuted on Disney+ Hotstar on August 2, 2024, in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
The film continues the Planet of the Apes saga, set generations after Caesar’s reign, with a new tyrannical ape leader and a young ape’s journey that challenges the past and shapes the future of both apes and humans.
